Meagan Dechaine

Meagan Dechaine is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at the YMCA of Northern Alberta since September 2018, Meagan previously held the position of Manager, People & Culture within the same organization. Prior to this, Meagan worked at Home Depot from May 2007 to September 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist. Meagan holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Alberta, earned between 2003 and 2007.
