Ryan French is an accomplished manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in developing innovative recreation programs and services. Currently serving as the Manager of Innovative Program, Services and Initiatives at the YMCA of Oakville since December 2022, Ryan French leads the introduction of unique programming supported by data analysis and market research. As the owner of Ryan French Wellness since November 2019, Ryan French has successfully established an online business focused on subscription-based health and wellness services for diverse populations. Previous roles include Head/Senior Strength and Conditioning Supervisor at ALP Training Institute, where Ryan French designed tailored programs for various age groups, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at both 5 Star Fitness & Nutrition and Sports Specific Training. Ryan French's educational background includes studies at Brock University and Sherwood Secondary School.
