Rick Ward

Rick Ward, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management within nonprofit organizations, particularly the YMCA. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at the YMCA of South Florida, Rick oversees strategic initiatives for the Greater Hollywood YMCA and coordinates volunteer programs across multiple centers, engaging with community partners and leading fundraising efforts. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Prevention Programs at OIC of South Florida and Regional Director of Programs at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where Rick demonstrated a strong ability to manage large teams, develop impactful community programs, and secure funding. Rick holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services and Social Sciences from Walden University and has a comprehensive background in public health, community outreach, and crisis intervention.
