Teresa Escalante

Teresa Escalante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Teresa began their career in 2004, working as a Secretary and later as an Executive Assistant at Living Faith Christian Center. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Program Director at NAS Whidbey Island Chapel. Teresa then joined Ridgecrest Christian Assembly in 2014 as a Facilitator before moving on to Navy Region Southwest Fleet, Family & Child Programs in 2013, where they served as the Family Child Care Director. In 2015, they joined Wave Church as a Guest Services Team Lead & Coach. Their most recent role was at YMCA of South Hampton Roads, where they held multiple positions, including Human Resources Director, Talent Development Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture starting in June 2022.

Teresa Escalante attended Regent University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies and Business.
