The Leadership Team at the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana is responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring the organization’s mission is effectively carried out. Comprising the President Elect, President, and CEO, the team collaborates to foster community engagement, drive initiatives that support youth development, and oversee operations that promote holistic wellness for all individuals in the community.
