Matthew Dunlop

Matthew Dunlop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, program management, and advocacy, currently serving as Regional Manager of Welcoming Communities and Innovation Strategies at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario since July 2017. With a multi-million dollar portfolio, Matthew specializes in transforming the settlement sector through technology and innovative research initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President of Student Advocacy at the University of Windsor Students' Alliance, where advocacy efforts affected over 12,000 undergraduate students, and various positions focusing on employability skills development and support for youth facing employment barriers. Matthew holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work and Disability Studies from the University of Windsor and continues to advance professional knowledge through Salesforce training.
