Jill Steiner Sphr

Jill Steiner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at the YMCA of Springfield since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resource & Risk Management Director at the YMCA of Springfield, IL, beginning in January 2000. From June 1982 to February 1986, they worked as a Program Director at the Peoria YMCA.
