Amy Goodwin

Amy Goodwin, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources management and operations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Accounting, and Biology from Truman State University, Amy has held various HR roles at companies like Per Mar Security Services and Osco Drug before becoming the Director of Human Resources at YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley. In her current role, she oversees all HR functions for over 550 staff members, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.
