Alysha Monfette

Alysha Monfette is the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at YMCA of the North Shore. Alysha has over 20 years of experience working in the funeral industry and has been with YMCA of the North Shore for 11 years. Prior to their current position, they were the Local Executive Director at North Shore YMCA, where they were responsible for the operation of three facilities. Alysha has a passion for helping others and giving back to their community. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and reading.

Alysha Monfette received a B.S. in Political Science from Northeastern University and later attended FINE College for Funeral Science.

Alysha Monfette reports to Chris Lovasco, President & CEO. Alysha Monfette works with Kevin McCarthy - CFO, Chris Bevilacqua - Executive Director, Ipswich Family YMCA, and Cyndi Marchand - VP of Education.
