Estella Baca

Estella Baca has extensive work experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Estella started working at Penrose Hospital in October 2017 as the Manager of Volunteer Services & Information Desk. Prior to this, they held various roles at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region from 2011 to 2017, including Executive Director of City Operations and Executive Director of Child Care Services.

Estella Baca has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Estella also holds a certification as a Mindful Coach from Guiding Mindful Change.
