Lisa West

Lisa West has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving in the Human Resources department at YMCA of the Suncoast since October 2015. Previously, Lisa worked as an HR Generalist at Kimball Electronics from December 2004 to June 2015, where responsibilities included employee relations, performance management, and handling FMLA for both hourly and salaried employees, as well as managing recruiting efforts and onboarding through the ADP VirtualEdge applicant tracking system. Lisa holds an Associate's degree from Southern New Hampshire University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of South Florida.
