Cole McLaughlin

Cole McLaughlin is an experienced non-profit leader with a strong background in fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational management. Currently serving as Vice President of Planned Giving and Endowment at the YMCA of the Triangle since August 2019, Cole oversees a $16 million Planned Giving program and a $15 million Endowment, managing a base of 1,000 loyal donors. Prior to this role, Cole held the position of Executive Director/Senior Pastor at Peace Presbyterian Church from July 2013 to July 2019, where operational capacity was enhanced through sales and fundraising leadership. Earlier experience includes a decade at Cru, where Cole acted as both the Director of Fundraising and Membership and the Charlotte Metro Area Director, significantly boosting donor engagement and revenue. Cole holds a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
