Lisa Humphreys

Lisa Humphreys currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at YMCA of the Triangle and has been with the company since 2012. Lisa is responsible for executive-level vision and strategy, launching initiatives and programs to facilitate growth. Lisa has also led efforts in creating the first-ever DEI department and played a crucial role in shifting the business model during the pandemic. Prior to their current role, Lisa served as Chief Organizational Development and Senior Vice President at YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has completed an executive education program at Wharton.
