Thomas Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas started their career as a Sales Manager at Olive Garden in 2007 and later joined Grand Lux Cafe as an Associate in 2009. In 2010, they became a Restaurant Manager at California Pizza Kitchen, where they managed operations and implemented marketing strategies. Thomas then joined Aramark in 2015, serving as a Marketing Manager and later as Location Manager and Safety Co-Chair. Thomas achieved financial budgets, developed training plans, and facilitated the promotion of five associates. In 2017, Thomas joined YMCA of the Triangle as the Facilities Director of Operations and was later promoted to the role of Regional Facilities Director in 2020, where they are currently employed.
