Lexi Henry

Lexi Henry has been part of the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas since April 2017, holding various roles such as the Youth & Family Program Director and the Child & Youth Watch Coordinator. With experience in planning and organizing youth and family events, supervising staff, and ensuring quality customer service, Lexi Henry has transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Membership Experience Director, bringing a wealth of experience and skills to their current position. Prior to their time at the YMCA, Lexi was the Office Manager at Trenchless Pipe Technologies, where Lexi handled various tasks including managing payroll, bookkeeping, and online marketing.
