Santiago Prada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and membership management within the YMCA organization. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas since July 2025, Prada oversees operations across 14 locations and directly manages 9 locations. Previous roles include Vice President of Advancement and Regional Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of Greater Richmond, where contributions to fundraising, volunteer engagement, and operational guidance were pivotal. With a strong foundation in membership and wellness oversight, along with a degree in Mass Communication/Strategic Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University, Prada has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and staff development throughout a diverse career spanning over 16 years in the health and wellness sector.
