Rick Shover

Eric 'Rick' Shover currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the YMCA of West Central Illinois, also known as Quincy Family YMCA, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions, including serving as Branch Executive Director at Quincy Family YMCA for a brief period in 2019 and as CEO/President of The First National Bank of Barry from 1993 to 2017. Rick's diverse experience includes ownership of a Subway franchise and coaching with the National Pitching Association - NPA Midwest. Education credentials include a BA in Economics and History from Illinois State University, studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management, and completion of the Graduate School of Banking. Rick's career reflects a commitment to leadership in financial services, community engagement, and sports coaching.
