Jessica Hendrix

Jessica (Zmuda) Hendrix has extensive experience in the YMCA, with a range of leadership roles. Jessica started their career at the YMCA/JCC of Greater Toledo as a Program Director from 2004 to 2007. Jessica then moved on to the YMCA of Calhoun County as a Youth and Family Program Director from 2007 to 2010. After that, they joined the YMCA of Austin as a Program Director 2, overseeing various departments, from 2010 to 2015. Jessica then transitioned to the YMCA of Western North Carolina, where they served as District Associate Executive Director from 2015 to 2017, Executive Director from 2017 to 2021, Senior Executive Director from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations. Jessica'sresponsibilities have included overseeing operations, development, culture, and community awareness, as well as providing strategic leadership in aquatics. Jessica is also certified as an Organizational Leader through the YMCA of the USA.

Jessica (Zmuda) Hendrix attended Ohio University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.S. degree in Sports Sciences.
