Damian Foley is an experienced executive in the not-for-profit sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of YMCA Queensland since August 2022, overseeing a diverse range of community services. Prior to this, Damian held various leadership roles at Ozcare from May 2012 to June 2022, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Community Programs. Additionally, significant experience includes positions at The Smith Family, where Damian was Head of State and Territory Operations and previously General Manager for Queensland. Early career roles included Regional Director at St Vincent’s Community Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Welfare Administration and Planning from The University of Queensland, a degree in Human Services from QUT, and being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
