Andrea Arroyo

Andrea Arroyo is an experienced professional with a strong background in accounting and operational management within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Business Center Accounting Manager at the YMCA of San Diego County since November 2021, Andrea supervises administrative support positions and oversees accounts payable across all branches to ensure compliance with financial protocols. Previous roles include Business Center-Accounting Supervisor and various positions at the YMCA, where Andrea developed department budgets, managed member services, and provided training and guidance to staff. Andrea also has experience as Studio Manager for Majesty In Motion Salsa Lessons and as Guardian Scholars Coordinator for Promises2Kids, focusing on case management for foster youth.
