Brandon Flores

Brandon Flores, MHRM, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Liaison Manager at UC San Diego Health since December 2018, bringing a strategic focus on human resources operations for over 100 employees in an academic health environment. With extensive experience in classification, compensation, employee relations, DEI initiatives, onboarding, and performance management, Brandon has contributed to various HR roles including HR Advisor II and I within the Compliance & Data Integrity team. Previous positions include HR & Volunteer Coordinator at St. Paul's Senior Services and Director of Training & Content at Peer Writer, LLC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
