Courtney Baltiyskyy

Vice President Of Policy & Advocacy at YMCA San Diego

Courtney Baltiyskyy has worked for the YMCA of San Diego County for a significant portion of their career. Courtney began in 2011 as the Child and Youth Development Director, a role they held until 2016. Courtney then took on various roles within the organization, including the Community Support Services Development Director from October 2017 to August 2018, the Policy Analyst from August 2018 to September 2020, and the Director of Advocacy & Strategic Partnership, Community Support Services from October 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Policy & Advocacy, a position they have held since September 2022.

Courtney Baltiyskyy has a Masters in Public Administration from San Diego State University. They also participated in the Whittier Scholars Program at Whittier College, where they pursued self-designed majors.
