Monique Rosal-Hernandez

Monique Rosal-Hernandez, CPA, currently serves as the Internal Compliance Director and Internal Compliance Auditor at the YMCA of San Diego County since November 2017. In addition, Monique has been a Homeschool Teacher for K-2nd grade at Hernandez Academy since August 2021. Previously, Monique worked at Deloitte from December 2012 to October 2017 as an Advisory Manager, focusing on internal control audits under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and conducting risk assessments to mitigate financial and operational risks. Monique's earlier roles include Senior Consultant at Rural/Metro Corporation and Senior Assurance Associate at BDO USA, LLP. Monique holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Diego State University, completed in 2008.
