Tina Williams has extensive experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically with the YMCA. Tina started their career at the YMCA Youth & Family Services in 2004, where they served as the Y-FRIENDZ Mentoring Program Director for three years before transitioning to the role of Grant Writer. In 2016, Tina joined the YMCA of San Diego County as the Association Grants Administrator, responsible for managing grants. Tina then progressed to the role of Association Grants Director in 2021 and most recently became the Association Director of Strategic Collaborations in July 2022.
Tina Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame from 1998 to 2002. Tina then went on to obtain a Master of Education degree with a focus on Curriculum and Teaching, as well as a Teaching Credential in Elementary Multiple Subject, from the University of San Diego from 2002 to 2004.
