Colin Organ is an experienced leader in the non-profit and aquatic sectors, currently serving as the Head of Development & Risk at YMCA South Australia since June 2023. Previously, Colin held the position of CEO at YMCA Inner North East Adelaide from August 2019 to June 2023 and served as General Manager Business & Strategy at AUSTSWIM from August 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included finance, strategy, and risk management. Colin’s extensive background at YMCA Victoria included roles such as General Manager Strategic Development and Chief Financial Officer, contributing significantly to the organization's financial sustainability and strategic growth. Colin's educational qualifications include a master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and an Executive Education certificate in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School.

Established in 1850, the YMCA of South Australia is one of Australia's oldest and most respected community organisations.
