Eleana Morozenko

Eleana Morozenko currently serves as the VP of Residential Operations at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Morozenko held the position of Vice President Operations at Terra Equity Group from January 2021 to September 2023 and at Coastline Management Group Inc from 2015 to 2021. With extensive experience in managing multi-family residential properties across Florida, Morozenko's expertise encompasses operations, financial management, construction management, and property improvement. Prior roles include District Manager at RAIT Residential from 2007 to 2015, overseeing the management operations of a 560-unit property, and Senior Property Manager for the Reserve at Eagle & Harbor Lake Apartments, managing 800 units. Earlier experience includes account sales management at PepsiCo and leasing operations management at Alliance Residential Management.
