Christian Gourlay

Christian Gourlay is currently the Ynfarm#1 Director at Ÿnsect, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Christian spent over two decades at Fleury Michon as Directeur usine, overseeing the production site for cooked ham, and also managed a significant purchasing portfolio of €150 million as Responsable des achats. Christian's earlier experience includes a role as Responsable achats viandes at KERMENE from June 1994 to May 2000. Educationally, Christian holds a DESS de gestion in Economie from Université de Brest.
