Guillaume Mazin

Guillaume Mazin has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Guillaume currently holds the position of VP - Directeur Supply Chain at Ÿnsect, where they are responsible for planning, procurement, warehousing, transport, co-packing, and co-manufacturing. Guillaume is also leading the design, start-up, and ramp-up of a supply chain for a new market in the food and feed industry.

Prior to their current role, Guillaume worked at AXIANE Meunerie as the Directeur Supply Chain. In this role, they managed planning, logistics, transportation, and customer service for 7 plants and 15 warehouses. Guillaume handled 3000 orders and deliveries per week, primarily serving BtoB customers in the food industry, wholesaler, and bakeries.

Before joining AXIANE Meunerie, Guillaume worked at Vallourec, starting as a Supply Chain Manager for the Oil & Gas division. Guillaume was responsible for production and supply planning and oversaw the short and mid-term S&OP process. Guillaume later transitioned to the role of Global Lead Buyer, in charge of sourcing thread protectors, caps, and transport frames for all Vallourec mills. Additionally, they served as a Global S&OP & Supply Chain analyst, and played a key role in defining and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and developing suppliers.

Guillaume's career began as an Operation Officer in the French Army's Foreign Legion. Guillaume led a 30-soldier team and managed logistics for a 130-soldier department. During their time in the army, they gained experience in overseas operations in Djibouti, Ivory Coast, and Guyana.

Prior to their military service, Guillaume worked as a Consultant at Newton Vaureal Consulting. There, they specialized in logistics and supply chain management consulting, focusing on areas such as logistics strategy, network design, collaborative logistics, and IT deployment. Guillaume'smain sectors of expertise were healthcare, mobile phones, and education.

Guillaume Mazin has a diverse education history. Guillaume obtained a Master's Degree in Economics and a Ms/Msc degree in History from the Académie militaire de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a License from the Prytanée National Militaire between 1997 and 2000. In 2010, Guillaume attended HEC Paris, where they pursued an MBA in Strategy and Management. Additionally, they obtained the CSCP certification from APICS in 2015.
