Percy A. is a seasoned purchasing professional with extensive experience in the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at YO! Sushi since December 2021, Percy has previously held roles as Senior Buyer and Category Manager at dnata for a brief period in late 2021. Prior to that, Percy worked as a Buyer at Wasabi Sushi & Bento from January 2019 to August 2021 and at GAIL's Artisan Bakery from June 2017 to December 2018. Early career experience includes positions at Harrods, where Percy progressed from Supply Co-ordinator to Lead Supply Co-ordinator and eventually to Assistant Buyer from July 2010 to May 2017. Education was completed at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi.
