José Antonio Torrealba Ramírez

José Antonio Torrealba Ramírez has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. José Antonio started their career as a Compliance Manager and Legal Counsel at Marsh in 2007, where they provided support and advice on various legal matters. José Antonio then worked as a Compliance Officer at Sandoz, where they implemented the Integrity & Compliance program. Later, they joined Marsh again as the Head of Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs Department, responsible for providing compliance and legal support to all areas of the company. José Antonio also worked at AIG as a Senior Compliance Officer before joining Micro Focus Latin America as the Regional Legal Counsel LATAM. In 2019, they held positions at JAT LAW SERVICES LATAM, YOBE CONSULTING, and Perú IX (PIT Peru sac), where they served as a Managing and Founder Partner, Compliance Director, and Legal Advisor respectively. José Antonio is currently working as a Legal Manager at North International Bank.

José Antonio Torrealba Ramírez completed an MBA in Banca y Mercados Financieros from TECH Technological University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Licenciado en Derecho (Law degree) from Universidad Monteávila between 1999 and 2004. José Antonio also holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Instituto Cumbres de Caracas, completed from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, José has obtained various certifications including the International Trade Council: Business Council Certificate and the International Trade Council Membership Certificate.
