Cesar Casas

Cesar Casas has diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as the CEO of their own company where they managed 15 employees and undertook tasks such as searching for new clients and project management. Cesar later worked as a CTO at Goxo, where they designed and developed RESTful applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Swagger, as well as managing Google Cloud administration.

Cesar also worked as a React.js/JavaScript Architect at MindGeek, where they built the main core of frontend solutions using React.js, wrote code guidelines, and built PoCs for benchmarking libraries. At Pinny App, as the Chief Technology Officer, they were involved in building the first social network selling platform in LATAM, combining social networks and e-commerce into one platform.

Cesar has experience as the Head of Engineering at Rappi and as a Technical Lead at Vision Group, where they ensured the formation of the best teams for building mobile apps, specializing in marketplaces, e-commerce, and social networks.

As a Technical Lead at Globant, Cesar worked on blockchain solutions projects and applied Amazon Web Services DevOps and Node.js knowledge. At Hell's Developers, they acted as a FullStack Teacher and Founder, teaching JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, React Native, and MongoDB.

Currently, Cesar is serving as the Technical Lead Frontend at YoCripto, where they define and leads the frontend team in building a mobile app using Expo and React Native, while also assisting the backend team in issue detection and resolution.

Cesar Casas completed their education in a chronological manner. Cesar first attended the Instituto Domingo F. Sarmiento from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachiller degree with a focus on management and administration of companies. Following that, Casas pursued higher education at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Systems Engineering. Additionally, in June 2015, they obtained a certification in Bonsai Sec, though the institution that awarded the certification is not mentioned.
