Catharina Maracke

Catharina Maracke is a Board Member at Open Source Initiative, serving as a Strategic Advisor at MBition GmbH and Free Software Foundation Europe. Catharina is also a member of the Council of the Legal Network at Free Software Foundation Europe and sits on the Steering Committee at Digital Asia Hub. Additionally, Catharina is a Strategic Advisor for the OpenChain Project at The Linux Foundation, Founder of Software Compliance Academy, and a Project Professor at Keio University. With a background in law, Catharina has also held teaching positions at Bucerius Law School and Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Catharina is highly educated, holding certificates in Sustainability Studies and Mediation, as well as advanced degrees in Copyright Law.
