Webber H. Lin

Webber H. Lin has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Webber H. started their career as an IBM Tivoli System Storage Software Quality Assurance Intern at IBM in 2007. Webber H. then moved on to work as a Technical Marketing Engineering Intern at Cisco, where they supported the worldwide team of Technical Marketing Engineers and assisted with lab network setup and verification.

In 2008, Webber joined San Jose State University as a Teaching Assistant, responsible for grading exams and implementing network labs. Webber H. also worked at Applied Materials as a Software Engineer, where they designed remote access and monitor semiconductor machine servers via Django web servers.

Webber then joined Ruckus Wireless LTD as a Software Automation Engineer, involved in software development and relocation to Taiwan. Webber H. later worked at HP as a System Software Engineer & Technical PM, focusing on project management and translation of training programs for OEM/ODM partners.

Webber H.'snext role was at LiTV Inc., where they served as a Software Engineer, Software Manager, and Software Director. In these roles, they were involved in streaming solution implementation, creating scalable teams, negotiating CDN plans with AWS, and developing strategies for maintaining partnerships.

Webber joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2018 as a Senior Technical Account Manager and later became an Enterprise Support Manager and team manager. Webber H. then joined The Linux Foundation as an Authorized Instructor in 2021. Currently, they are working as a Sr. R&D Director at Gaia Information Technology since November 2020.
