Youssra Helmy

Youssra Helmy's work experience begins in 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Yodawy. In this role, they are responsible for defining and executing the company's HR strategy, acting as a mentor/coach to people managers, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Prior to their current role, Youssra worked at Nestlé for over a decade. Youssra Helmy completed their Abitur at Deutsche Schule der Borromäerinnen (DSB) from 1992 to 2005. Youssra then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and minors in Economics and Sociology at The American University in Cairo from 2005 to 2009. Youssra is currently in progress of obtaining a Green Belt Certificate, although the details regarding the institution and the month and year of completion are not provided.
