Vangelis Mihalopoulos

Vangelis Mihalopoulos is the CEO at Yodeck. Vangelis was previously with Starttech Ventures and Virtual Trip.

Mihalopoulos started at Virtual Trip as a Project Manager in April 2003. Vangelis was responsible for the analysis, design, and software development of their SOLO Gateway project. In November 2007, they were promoted to Product Manager. As Product Manager, they were responsible for leading product marketing and operations for the SOLO Gateway BU. This included tasks such as creating the marketing/business plan, investment proposals, tenders, and sales support activities. Vangelis also organized operations, led the technical team, and provided feedback to development. Mihalopoulos left Virtual Trip in August 2012 to join Starttech Ventures.

At Starttech Ventures, Mihalopoulos took on the role of CEO. Vangelis successfully grew the company and led it through its acquisition by Yodeck in 2017. Mihalopoulos is now the CEO at Yodeck and is continuing to grow the company into a leading provider of digital signage solutions.

Vangelis Mihalopoulos has a Master of Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business. Vangelis also has a Bsc in Informatics and Telecommunications from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. Additionally, they have a Computer Science Department from University of Crete, Department of Computer Science.
