Alex Shamir

Alex Shamir has a diverse work experience starting from 2013 as a Research Assistant at the University of Utah College of Engineering. Alex then worked as a Technical Product Manager Intern at Nike in 2019, where they collaborated on creating a scalable Computer Vision Model and contributed to the UI/UX design for Visual Search within the Nike App. In 2020, they joined Nike as a Senior Product Manager, leading high-growth product initiatives and owning product ownership in Bot Mitigation for Nike China and Nike App for International Expansion. In 2021, they joined Apple as a Technical Product Manager. Currently, in 2022, Alex is a Co-Founder at Yofi.

Alex Shamir pursued higher education in the field of science and technology. Starting in 2014, they attended the University of Utah where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Business Chemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, Alex continued their education at the University of Utah and obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, completing this program in 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alex also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
