Rebecca Carter

Rebecca Carter is an accomplished psychotherapist and licensed counsellor with a diverse professional background in mental health and wellness. Currently serving at The LightHouse Arabia since July 2022, Rebecca also operates a private practice and holds a certification as a yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Previous roles include lead psychotherapist at THE NIA PROJECT and women's mentor at The Girls' Network. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Miami and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Coaching and Counselling from the University of East London. Additional qualifications include a Trauma Informed Yoga certificate from the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute and ongoing training as a student counsellor at West London Free School.
