Shannon Lucas, CEBS, is a Vice President and Unit Manager at Alliant Insurance Services, leading a high-performing team of 25 since September 2019 and overseeing talent development and performance standards. Shannon's career at Alliant includes previous roles as Assistant Vice President and various managerial positions from September 2005 to April 2016. Additionally, Shannon is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, conducting virtual classes and promoting well-being. As a former Business Owner and Registered Yoga Teacher at Amador Yoga, Shannon established the first yoga studio in Amador County and fostered a strong community presence. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach and participated in a study abroad program at The University of Queensland.
