Kathryn Remati has a diverse work experience in the field of wellness and meditation. Kathryn began their career in 2015 as a contributing writer for mindbodygreen.com, where their articles reached a wide audience of 10 million people. Kathryn also wrote for Yoga International magazine, focusing on the benefits of meditation.

In 2016, Kathryn joined Kaiser Permanente as a Health Instructor II and later became a Meditation Teacher at Insight Network - Insight Timer, teaching over 12K followers on the app. Kathryn also presented their original guided meditations at the Sedona Yoga Festival for four years.

In 2018, Kathryn worked as a Meditation Instructor at Indigo Yoga & Pilates. Kathryn Remati has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from UNSW. Prior to that, they obtained a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in various areas such as Motivating Change in Groups from Kaiser Permanente. Kathryn also has certifications as an Alpha Dynamics Instructor and a Boston Buddha/Andrew Kelley-Chopra Certified Trainer from Sydney Australia and MFE 100 hours Meditation Teacher Training respectively. Furthermore, Kathryn Remati has certifications in Inward Bound from Alexander Everett and a Leadership Course/Way of the Warrior from Stuart Wilde. The obtained months and years for some of these certifications are not provided.
