Michelle Marchildon has a diverse work experience in the field of yoga and writing. Michelle worked as a Contributing Writer for Yoga International starting from March 2016. Prior to that, they held roles such as Yoga Video Person and Video Producer at YogaDownload.com, Inc. in 2012. Michelle also worked as a Yoga Teacher at ONE Yoga from January 2017. Michelle Marchildon founded their own venture, The Yogi Muse, Wildhorse Ventures LLC, where they served as The Yogi Muse, A Real Voice in Yoga since January 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at Greenwood Athletic and Tennis Club since August 2015. Michelle has contributed to various publications including elephant journal, Origine Magazine, and Sports Illustrated as a Contributor and Columnist. Michelle also served as a Contributing Editor for Mantra yoga and health magazine in 2013. As an Independent Yoga Teacher, Michelle Marchildon has led a 300 hr YTT and conducted Wisdom Warriors yoga classes, workshops, and retreats from Denver, Colorado since November 2007.

Michelle Marchildon earned a High School Diploma in Journalism from Buxton School in 1978. Michelle then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Skidmore College between 1978 and 1982. In 1984, Michelle completed their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Journalism from Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism. Additionally, in April 2012, they obtained a certification as an E RYT 500 Hatha Yoga instructor from Yoga Alliance.
