Emily Pendley

Emily Pendley serves as the Studio Director at APEX | Yoga Pod and as a CycleStar at CycleBar since May and February 2021, respectively. Additionally, Emily has held the position of Assistant Manager with a Retail Focus at Yoga Pod since October 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where work involved three different labs. Emily also contributed as a Group Fitness Instructor at TRiP at the University of Florida and gained experience as a Lead Backpacking Guide and Intern at Yellowstone Landscape and the City of Largo, respectively. Early in Emily's career, roles included Lifeguard at the City of Largo and Hostess at PJ's Oyster Bar. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences from the University of Florida, completed in 2018, and graduated from Seminole High School in 2014.
