Siddhartha Ghosh

Siddhartha Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Siddhartha started their career as a Management Trainee at ITC Limited in 2008. Siddhartha then advanced through various roles including Project Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Manager, and Production Manager at different cigarette factories. In these positions, they successfully led teams, improved plant uptime, and achieved production, quality, cost, and capability building goals.

In 2017, Ghosh became the Divisional Manager at ITC's Head Office overseeing manufacturing and supply chain operations on a pan-India level. Siddhartha was responsible for handling a network of owned and outsourced manufacturing units, ensuring high product quality scores, and driving business-centric innovation projects. Additionally, they formulated and executed strategies to build a flexible and agile manufacturing network.

From 2018 to 2019, Ghosh served as the Category Development Manager at ITC Limited, where they focused on business development for next-generation tobacco products. Siddhartha crafted the business strategy across various areas including product development, supply chain, regulatory IP, and go-to-market. Siddhartha led a cross-functional team to deliver a breakthrough product.

In 2019, Ghosh joined Zetwerk as the Senior Director, where they brought their extensive experience and expertise to the role. As the Senior Director, they made significant contributions to the company's operations.

Currently, in 2023, Siddhartha Ghosh holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Yoga Bar (Sprout Life Foods).

From 2004 to 2008, Siddhartha Ghosh attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they obtained a B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
