LUCAS ROCKWOOD

Lucas Rockwood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. LUCAS founded YOGABODY in 2007, where they hold the position of Founder & Managing Director. Prior to that, they served as Founder & Managing Director at Absolute Yoga Academy from 2006 to 2018. In 2010, they became the CEO of The Gabriel Method, a company focused on tackling the root causes of weight gain. Lucas also worked as a Raw Food Chef & General Manager at Caravan of Dreams in 2002 and as a Marketing Manager at Scholastic from 2000 to 2002, where they handled the marketing activities for two print publications.

Lucas Rockwood's education history begins in 2007 when they started attending the Yoga Teachers College. LUCAS is currently the Director of this institution, where they specialize in studying Yoga.
