Kaisa holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of Helsinki and a master's degree in sport and exercise psychology from the University of Jyväskylä. Kaisa is also certified as a Mindful Athlete for Coaches by the Finnish Psychological Association and as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist by the BerkeleyX online learning initiative of University of California, Berkeley.
