Olivia Mead

Olivia Mead is a yoga instructor who has worked with various organizations like Denver Sheriff Department, Warren County Fire Academy, Iowa Law Endorcement Academy, Des Moines Police Academy, Veterans Assoiciation of Central Iowa, YogaShield® Yoga for First Responders® (YFFR), and Yoga For First Responders. Olivia is the founder and CEO of YogaShield® Yoga for First Responders® (YFFR) and Founder and Director of Yoga For First Responders. Olivia also has experience as an Assistant Editor/Newsletter Editor at LA Yoga Magazine. Olivia holds a 500 Hour Advanced Hatha Yoga degree from Rishikesh Yog Peeth and has studied at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
