Hemond Kumar Chatterjee has a long and varied work history. Hemond Kumar began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative for LSG Sky Chefs. In 2007, they became the Owner of Kirtan&Harmony. From 2009 to 2011, they were Partner and Managing Director of E.SWAY+GSP, a Sino-German architectural design studio. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Sales Manager Europe for High Quality Organics. Hemond Kumar then moved on to become a Key Account Manager Export for TSI GmbH & Co. KG from 2014 to 2016. Since 2018, they have been a Global Senior Manager Sourcing Quality and Senior Manager Sourcing Quality & Grower Development for Yogi.

Hemond Kumar Chatterjee completed their Magister Artium degree in Political Science and History from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2007. Hemond Kumar began their studies there in 2000.
