Meredith Liebross

Meredith Liebross is a distinguished yoga teacher with extensive experience, holding a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification. Currently, Meredith teaches at Equinox, Exhale Spa, and Yogis Anonymous, focusing on advanced asana, SmartFLOW, and alignment-based Vinyasa techniques to help students achieve breath, balance, and stillness in motion. Additionally, Meredith operates a personal yoga business that offers private, semi-private, group, and public instruction, as well as yoga and fitness promotion. Before dedicating to yoga, Meredith had a successful career in political communications and advertising as an Account Supervisor at GMMB and a Deputy/Advisor at the California State Assembly. Meredith completed an education in Politics, Spanish Literature, and Latin American Studies at Occidental College, supplemented by advanced yoga training from SmartFLOW and studies at the University of Salamanca.
