Ashley Sears-Romano has a diverse work experience. Ashley began their career in 2008 as a File Clerk at The Law Office of Christopher R. Oram, Esq. In 2011, they became a Children's Party Host/Photographer at Make Me A Star Studios. In 2012, they became a Legal Office Specialist at Clark County. In 2014, they became an Office Specialist at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. In 2015, they became a Quality Assurance Tester at 2K, where they provided thorough testing for several AAA software titles and worked closely with a team of testers. In 2017, they became a Quality Assurance Tester at MZ and a Sales Associate at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. In 2018, they became a Senior QA Analyst at PLAYSTUDIOS. In 2021, they became a Manual Quality Assurance Tester at Aristocrat. Currently, they are a Systems Validation Engineer at Yohana, where they create integrated software, services, and hardware specifically for modern families.

Ashley Sears-Romano received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2022. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2012 to 2015, studying English.
