Yasuko Takayama

Ms. Yasuko Takayama has been working for a major company in the consumer market where she has gained extensive practical experience that includes corporate social responsibility, as well as experience acting as a full-time audit and supervisory board member, and also has a wealth of experience acting as an outside executive at various companies. Accordingly, she was appointed as an outside Audit & Supervisory Board member because we consider it appropriate to reflect such experience in audits of the Company.
