David Douglas

David Douglas has more than 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. David is currently the Founder and CEO of yolBe, a company they established in 2020. Prior to this, David was the Principal and Owner of Douglas Strategy Consulting from 2009 to 2020, where they provided management consulting services with a focus on technology and strategic management. David also co-founded CrinLogic in 2011, a venture they were involved in until 2013.

Before starting their own businesses, David held several positions in different organizations. David worked as the President and Partner at Innovel LLC from 2007 to 2009, specializing in Agile and Lean management consulting and training services. David also worked as a Consultant at Capital One from 2005 to 2008 and as a Program/Release Lead at Freddie Mac from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their consultancy work, David has experience in the software industry. David founded and served as the CEO of Hallcloset Communications, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. The company specialized in the distribution of corporate collateral assets and was later sold to a procurement software company. David also worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM from 1998 to 2000 and as a Consultant at American Management Systems from 1996 to 1998.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Financial Analyst at Legg Mason from 1994 to 1996. Overall, David Douglas has a diverse background in consulting, entrepreneurship, and technology, with a strong focus on Agile and Lean management practices.

David Douglas attended Deerfield Academy. David then went on to Georgetown University, where they obtained a BSFS in International Finance. After that, they attended Sciences Po and received a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques with a focus on Politiques.
